Maurizio Crippa, CEO of DEMETO consortium partner gr3n, presented the innovative PET chemical recycling technology of DEMETO during the forum plastic solutions ("Le Forum Solutions Plastiques"), organised by Citeo and Éco Entreprises Québec (ÉEQ) in Paris on the 4th and 5th February 2019.
Gr3n and DEMETo were presented as one of the promising start ups that propose a solution to the problem of plastic waste, by offering unique and innovative chemical recycling technology for PET.
The two-day event under the title "Plastic Solutions, What Innovations in Recycling on Both Sides of the Atlantic?" brought together a dozen of the most advanced innovative companies in Paris to develop new forms of plastic recycling (start-ups and confirmed manufacturers). Participants included the major players in the consumption and distribution of plastics, as well as financiers, investors, industrial partners, and policy makers.
