On 9 and 10 September the Demeto consortium members met in Piacenza to discuss the latest activities and progress of the project hosted by Synesis.
On the first day of the meeting the consortium got updated on the reactive unit design, the final design of the pilot plant, filtration alternatives as well as the de-polymerisation and purification processes. At the end of the day, the participants were guided through the purification facility, where the Demeto process has been tested and improved over the past months.
The second day was dedicated to business planing, communication and dissemination activities as well as coordination of future actions and events.
The next consortium meeting will take place in 2020 - the most important and last year of the project which includes the construction of the Demeto pilot plant.
